Client Description:

American Musical Supply (AMS) is a national multi-channel marketer of musical instruments, with retail store and headquarters in Midland Park, NJ. AMS has the distinction of being one of the longest-held customers for Marketing Concepts, and one of many companies for which Marketing Concepts is the provider of all services (including call center, web development. AMS also has most of Marketing Concepts' Ability-Software products) except picking, packing and shipping of products (services not offered by Marketing Concepts).

Customer Comments:

"Microsoft DynamicsT GP allows us to transport our accounting out of the dark ages. We can export data from Ecometry through the Ability Financials interface cleanly and simply. We have access to reporting that didn't exist with our old accounting software. Now, we can drill back in any general ledger entries and set up reporting in FRx. We generate internal statements in a fraction of the time we spent in the past."
Laraine Whitcomb, Controller, American Musical Supply
